PROTON Tanjung Malim Sdn Bhd - Batang Padang

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Facility Management.
To maintain electrical power and utilities supply throughout the factory.
Responsible in starting up and shutting down of all plant support equipment.
To monitor the efficient performance of equipment and recording data that related to energy consumption in the production plant.
To carry out preventive and predictive maintenance and repair for high voltage transformer and switch gear, power generators.
In charge of daily facilities plant maintenance, e.g air blower, vacuum pump, water pump, exhaust, gas mixer and other plant facilities equipments.
Standby for any major electrical breakdown with the responsibility to reinstate the supply of all facilities service back to normal functions.
To trouble shoot all facilities plants machinery.
To ensure all the safety rules and regulation of Electrical Installation as per Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) act and comply to requirement of authorities.

Requirements:

Possess competency Chargeman B0 (with 33kv) or B4 issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
Must possess at least Professional Certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience Chargeman handling 33KV high voltage in manufacturing / production / building / construction environment.
Well versed in Electrical Supply Act and Electricity Regulations.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English, both written and spoken.
Must be willing work in Tanjung Malim, Perak.
