Job DescriptionResponsible for reliable services for Site Utilities supplies such as Compressor Dried Air (CDA), Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC), Clean room1k – 100k Controlled Area Monitored (CAM) and Control Area Non Monitored (CANM), LV 415 volt electrical system 1. Adherence to Novartis values and standards, observe and ensure full compliance with Novartis Corporate Citizenship Policy and Code of Conducts 2. To observe and ensure full compliance with Novartis Information security policy, Novartis Health Safety and Environment Standards. 3. Regulatory Act requirement for handling the 415 voltage power supply switch gears, air circuit breakers, step down transformers and preventive maintenance of the 415 Voltage power distribution board. Indirectly oversees the technician jobs. 4. Handle utilities items i.e. a. Chilled water system and chillers(1100 ton) b. Compressed Dried Air system and Air Dryer c. Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning System d. Three phase 415 Voltage power distribution system e. Clean room performance 1K-100k 5. Carry out all types of Preventive Maintenance as scheduled 6. Liaison with supporting vendors in up keeping the site utilities and supervise their work quality 7. Updating all equipment and instrument PM and other records in Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) system in use.
Minimum requirements

Minimum AO level Chargeman and professional certificate in electrical field. ENGLISH At least 5 years of Working experience as Chargeman in manufacturing line, with HVAC system, CDA & LV system. Good command of English language
