CHARGEMAN
(Selangor - Bandar Sunway)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all essential equipment/systems are working properly by performing daily checks.
• Ensure all complaints and breakdowns are attended to on time.
• Ensure safety of all staff and visitors/customers while performing reparing or inspection works. Monitoring cost control checking the equipments and machineries to ensure proper handling and storing to avoid damage.

Requirements:

• Minimum Chargeman A4
• Minimum 3 years experience in building maintenance
• Knowledge of M & E systems and plumbing systems
• Practical hands on skills in related field
