Job Description
Responsibilities:
In charge of all minor and major repairs work.
To be responsible for any project work.
To liaise with government authorities.
To ensure that minutes of meeting are prepared and extended to the General Manager, Sub-Committee and General Committee.
To prepare and submit a yearly budget for the department.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years working experience in relevant field.
Preferably certificate and license chargeman at least A4.
Ability to read and write English & Banasa Malaysia.
Confident, matured, self motivated and proactive.
Good interpersonal communication skills and able to lead staff.
Possess sound technical knowledge in industrial air-cond or building, mechanical, electrical or in kitchen equipment/audio visual.
Willing to work long irregular hours when required.
Work experience in Club/Hotel will be an added advantage.
