The Company has an active presence in South East Asia. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fulfil the position of :-

Plant Manager
MYR 15000 - 20000
(Johor - Pontian)

Responsibilities:

Operational Requirement:

Overall daily management of a small manufacturing plant.
Operation produces 10,000 tonnes per year of cold formed steel sections. Facilities include a large pressing machine (2000 tonnes), welding and fitting shop and corrosion coating operation.
Work force of approximately 25 - 50 workers.
Operation 10 hours per day, 6 days per week.

Duties

Overall scheduling of production.
Weekly and daily management plans.
Achivement of production targets.
Cost and quality control management.
Direction of support staff.
Facility management.

Requirements:

Residential accomodation provided in Pontian.Salary is based on basic salary plus production/sales bonus totalling between RM15,000 to RM20,000 per monthExpatriate status is available.
