Mardec Polymers Sdn Bhd (M-Pol) a wholly owned subsidiary of Mardec Berhad which is a natural rubber producer. M-Pol is a leading polymer manufacturer offering fully intergrated and solution based polymer products and services to a global market. In the line expansion and growth strategy we would like to invite a high caliber candidate to join us in the following positions.

(Penang)

Responsibilities:

Involve in maintenance, fault finding, troubleshooting and repairing of the Electrical/Instrument equipment and ensure the reliability.
Lead & assist maintenance crew to perform/attend electrical breakdown, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance work on electrical installation.
Fulfilling BO Chargeman duties as specific by regulatory requirement (Electrical Act and Regulations).
Plan, organize and implement a comprehensive program (including both corrective and preventive activities) to ensure all electrical installation are well maintained at all times.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic).BO Chargeman Certificate of Competency issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.Knowledge in Electrical/Instrument equipment and troubleshooting skills.At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Able to communicate and write in English & Bahasa Malaysia.Strong leadership skills combined with good technical knowledge and coordinating skills.
