Senior Chargeman

Responsibilities: 

• To ensure that electrical systems are effectively maintained and in compliance with Energy Commission requirement; 

• To oversee and ensure that M&E systems for plant building, machinery and equipment are properly maintained and installed and to conduct trouble-shooting where required; 

• Ensure all installations and maintenance is safe, correct and legal to ST & JKKP; 

• To perform, lead and supervise preventive and predictive maintenance, trouble shooting and corrective maintenance, work order scheduling, planning, system operation and inspection, conducting economic analysis and improvement especially in the electrical section; 

• Conduct monitoring, trending and tracking of daily power consumption as well as, initiate preventive maintenance to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failure; 

• Operation and maintenance of 415V electrical system; 

• Handle Electrical consultant inspection & update status on electric supply condition; 

• Assist HOD to provide reports for repair & maintenance. 

Requirements: 

• Extensive experience with industrial automation & PLC . 

• Posseses chargeman qualification of A4 or minimum A1. 

• Minimum engineering related certificate with 5 years in manufacturing environment. 

• Good interpersonal and communication skills and a team player. 

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 & 14001 and OHSAS 18001 will be added advantage.
