Responsibilities


  • Perform routine checking on Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) incoming power supply (HT&LV) to the building and liaise with TNB when necessary.
  • Monitor all the M&E works to ensure the routine preventive maintenance works are carried out in good order.
  • Perform test run on the building generator set.
  • Maintain the electrical fittings and other M&E equipments to ensure they are operable.
  • Carry out routine preventive maintenance check of electrical systems for compliance purposes in accordance to the checklist.
  • Supervise the renovation activities of contractors.
  • Ensure timely renewal of M&E related licenses and liaise with Suruhanjaya Tenaga for matters pertaining to new rules or requirements.
  • Perform any other duties / assignments as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements


  • Must possess BO Chargeman certificate.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in high-rise building or working knowledge in 11kV, or experience in operating High Tension System.
  • Willing to perform shift work.
  • Able to start work immediately.
