Technician, LV Chargeman cum Maintenance
Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

• Manage & supervise the Electrical Main Switch Board and Essential Switch Board to ensure the incoming power supply is within the standard operating time.
• Manage and supervise the Electrical Sub Main Boards, Sub Switch Boards, Distribution board at respective floor to ensure the incoming power supply is within the standard operating time.
• Manage and supervise the power trip and power breakdown within SLA timelines.
• Manage and supervise Generator set at Branch to ensure the system is stable and reliable all the time.
• Manage and coordinate the electrical administrative for branches to ensure the services within standard procedures and SLA timeline.
• Manage and supervise the upgrading Electrical System works accordance to SLA timeline.
• Renovation/ repairing/ upgrading works to be completed within SLA timelines.
• Manage and supervise the new installation, repair and maintenance works for air condition accordance to SLA timelines.
• Manage and supervise the lift car system to ensure accordance to standard operating time.
• Manage and supervise the cool water system and air condition back up supply water to ensure the system is stable and reliable all the time.
• Manage and supervise the sump pump system to ensure the system is stable and reliable all the time.
• Manage & supervise the public address system to ensure the system is stable and reliable all the time.
• Manage and supervise the fire protection system to ensure the system is stable and reliable all the time.
• Manage, supervise and attend the civil & plumbing works accordance to SLA timelines and meet customer satisfaction.
• Plan and prepare specifications and /description of work (quotation) for minor repair work.
• Conduct and initiate power shutdown exercise to ensure all back supply system (gen set) are always in good condition.

Requirements:

• Wireman Nill & Chargeman A4/BO/Certificate of Competencies /IKBM/ Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia
• 3 years relevant experience and knowledgeable in electrical & mechanical works.
• Knowledge in project planning, designer & renovation (plumbing/ carpentry/ maintenance & builders)
• A strong team player, self motivated, high integrity, able to work independently and willingness to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be analytical, innovative and possess good communications skills.
