Chargemen - High Tension The Advertiser - Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia Job Description Lead and supervise all facility maintenance jobs by external contractors/vendor To carry out routine inspection/housekeeping of A/C, AHU, PABX, generator and fire systems/equipments, light fittings and electrical switchboards. Responsible to ensure the general facility which includes street/carpark lighting, all electrical installations, water and sewerage pump are maintained in good working condition at all times. Responsible to ensure that Stand-by Generator set is always maintained. Conduct corrective service and repair or restoration works where and when is necessary. Ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to as stipulated by the relevant authorities. Work closely with Office & Building Maintenance and Safety team. Involve and participate in continuous improvement program on energy conversation and efficiency. Schedule and oversee regular inspection and contract servicing to ensure the working conditions of all equipment manage an inventory record of parts and supplies, tools and equipment. Job Requirement Possess chargeman certification issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga, preferably those with B4 or B0- 33kv Minimum 3 years working experience and familiar with Electrical Supply Act, Electricity Regulations and etc. Ability to write simple report in either BM or English Resourceful, initiative, independent and performance driven.
