Requirement post : Chargeman A1 or A4

Position : Chargeman cum Supervisor

Experience : At least 2 years in building maintenance (Complex)

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for maintenance and operations of all electrical system for the Complex
• Daily inspection on the electrical board and building operation services
• Detect and identify causes of breakdown/system failure
• Monitoring of building upgrading and /or renovation works
• Handle customer's complaint & administrative functions of the department

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/Diploma and any field
• Applicants must possess a Chargeman certificate at A1 or A4 grade
• Two (2) years maintenance experiences with minimum supervisory
• Good spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Computer literacy with good skills
• Able to work irregular hours and during weekend/public holidays
