Rutherford Global Power Production Sdn. Bhd is a Malaysian based company which specialises in the design, manufacture, installation, service, rental and sale of high power electrical equipment for the tunneling and construction industries.

We are seeking experienced Electrical Wireman to join our team at our new premises in the Silc Nusajaya Industrial Park, Johor Bahru.

Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will be:

Use and maintain the tools of the trade including power tools, test equipment and measuring instruments
Complete panel wiring
Install all types of commonly used wiring
Locate and repair faults in electrical systems
Identify different types of cables and wires
Read and interpret simple electrical specifications, wiring and circuit diagrams and general arrangement drawings
Inspect and check electrical wiring systems
Use safety equipment, and protective devices and equipment

Requirements:

Electrical qualifications along with hands on experience in a manufacturing environment are essential in the role.

You will need to have good communication and English language skills as well as strong numeracy and interpersonal skills. The ability to communicate in Malay and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking client would be an advantage. You must be able to work in Malaysia, via a work pass or residency.
