Assistant Facilities Manager (Penang)
Responsibilities:
Fully in-charged of the overall maintenance, testing and up-keeping of HV and LV Switchgears and other M & E functions.
Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities effectively, to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for customers.
To attend to all Service Request/complain by Tenants and keep Senior Management informed of the status of work.
Preventive and plan maintenances for HT equipments and accessories c/w data tracking, calibration, energy management, load balancing, load test and etc.
To supervise external contractors works / service and monitor their performance.
Leads the technical team in conducting routine inspections and servicing for all M & E apparatus within the development.
Ensure all services i.e. ACMV, HVAC, Fire Protection System, BMS, Electrical System, Lifts & Escalators, Gen Set, LPG, Water pumps, sewerage treatment system , ventilation fans are running efficiently and performing at an optimum level.
Conduct Preventive Maintenance, Inspection and Testing with the Facilities Team.
Verifies reports and deliver Facilities Reports the Management on time.
Working closely with Mall Management Team on all activities.
Requirements:
Must possess a Registered Competent Electrical Chargeman Certificate under category - BO 11 KV (HT) from Suruhan Tenaga.
At least 3-5 years proven facilities management experience, ideally gained within a retail or shopping centre environment.
Mature, possess good interpersonal, coordination and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Hands-on experience, ability to work under pressure independently, hardworking, good responsibility and self-discipline.
